AUTOMATION

The future of industry – industry of future

For more than 35 years, VFP Systems has been supporting Hungarian industry with custom machine-building and automation solutions. The goal of our automation projects is not only to introduce individual technological units, but to improve the stability, reproducibility, and scalability of the entire manufacturing process.

Our group is the Central European regional distributor of Vitrans conveyor systems, an official FIAM screwdriving technology and Loctite integrator, and an official partner of Universal Robots and MiR in the field of robotics. This technological background allows us to implement automation solutions on a system level by coordinating multiple technologies.

From simple optimization tasks to complex multi-station systems, every project is supported by our own engineering team and our extensive partner network.

WHY AUTOMATION?

The challenges of modern industry and the tangible benefits of robotics

In modern manufacturing, time, labor, and efficiency have become the most valuable resources. Automation is not merely a technological upgrade but a strategic decision — the key to stable, predictable, and safe operation. Automated systems can overcome the everyday challenges that limit most manufacturing companies today, while raising production efficiency to a new level.

The most common challenges in manufacturing

Productivity limitations
Manual material handling slows down production processes. Systems relying heavily on human labor cannot keep pace with increasing demand.

Safety risks
Overloaded employees and crowded production halls increase the risk of accidents, while maintaining workplace safety becomes increasingly challenging.

Inconsistent processes
Manual material handling introduces many opportunities for error. Due to human factors in repetitive tasks, production quality and precision often deteriorate.

Rising costs
Maintenance, energy consumption, and labor costs are continuously increasing. New solutions are required to maintain competitiveness.

The advantages of automation

Stable, continuous operation
Automation reduces downtime caused by human factors, ensuring more predictable and plannable production.

Reproducible quality
Automating repetitive operations minimizes the possibility of errors and results in consistent production quality.

Predictable cycle times
Precisely controlled automated processes enable stable cycle times and accurate capacity planning.

Scalable capacity
Automated systems can be easily expanded or reorganized to adapt to increasing production demands.

Measurable return on investment
Optimized processes, reduced scrap rates, and higher utilization result in measurable economic benefits.

WHAT DOES VFP SYSTEMS OFFER YOU?

System-level thinking in automation

Automation does not begin — and certainly does not end — with installing a single machine.

VFP Systems approaches every project with an integrator mindset: we analyze the entire manufacturing process, from material flow and feeding through fastening technology and movement to full robotic integration.

Our broad technological portfolio — from Vitrans conveyor systems to FIAM screwdriving technology, Loctite systems, and collaborative and mobile robotics — allows us to select the solution that best fits the task, rather than forcing the system to adapt to a single product.

Our decades of machine-building experience, our own engineering team, and our stable supplier background ensure that our projects operate reliably in the long term. Our solutions always aim to deliver measurable efficiency improvements, predictable operation, and fast return on investment.
