The globoid Slimdex SX/SP product family is an ideal choice for rotary table applications.
The globoid cam track, characterized by compact dimensions, offers controlled speed, precision, and reliability at a competitive price compared to similar hydraulic and pneumatic devices. All Slimdex models are available with high-performance drive units: indexing, worm gear (with or without built-in slip clutch), AC or DC motor, and proximity switch.
The SX series is suitable for general speeds and high load capacities.

The MK series is suitable for high speeds with standard torque performance.
The MK series is the most widely used and versatile type, delivering excellent performance at virtually any stop position, for any motion, speed, or load.
The MK2 series features a very robust construction. For high-speed movements, ITALPLANT developed the double-track cam. This special design minimizes the possibility of roller reversal and results in longer service life.
SP Series
The SP series combines the advantages of the SX and MK2 series: it can withstand high torque while offering high speed and adequate torque performance.

ITALPLANT conveyors represent the most advanced belt conveyor solutions across all industrial sectors. They combine excellent precision, high speed, smooth motion, high load capacity, versatile positioning options, and custom lengths.
The indexer is driven by a worm gear and a three-phase brake motor, with optional servo motor or ITALPLANT's proprietary drive solutions. Regarding motion type, continuous or intermittent operation with long dwell times and custom lengths is available. Furthermore, the conveyor can be paired with ITALPLANT pick and place PR or IP series, which are suitable for loading and unloading products synchronized with the conveyor movement.
To precisely meet all customer requirements, ITALPLANT also offers complete project solutions that include not only the full conveyor system with drive and manipulator but also the frame structure and gripping/holding devices on pallets, as well as other auxiliary equipment. Additionally, freely selectable conveyor and pallet lengths enable comprehensive coverage of customer needs.
Precision Belt Conveyor
This type of conveyor is suitable for packaging, medium-precision assembly, and indexed warehouse storage. The conveyor frame is made of aluminum profiles, equipped with aluminum pallets that are fixed to a high-precision timing belt and run in self-lubricating guide profiles.
Regarding delivery scope, it can be supplied fully assembled or as separate components: drive side, return side, other parts required for assembly, and the aluminum profile beam, which can also be sourced by the customer – Get And Joint patent.
Precision Chain Conveyor
This type of conveyor consists of pallets mounted on an aluminum frame, connected to each other as chain links, with the attached rollers running in steel guides. Such conveyor systems are used for precision assemblies in various fields such as electronics, mechanical assembly, medical technology, hygiene, and more.
This conveyor system is also available fully assembled or as a component kit (Get And Joint Patent).
Precision Chain Conveyor – High Accuracy
The Precision Chain Conveyor High Accuracy (PLC HA) is currently the best available among linear indexing systems on the market. The aluminum pallets in this type are also connected as chain links (they can be made of steel or other materials upon customer request), but in this case, the conveyor frame is made of steel.
Thanks to the high-precision machining process, this frame ensures extremely high repeatability of the conveyor, making it suitable for use in the microelectronics industry, medical technology, precision assemblies, and in the automotive industry thanks to the Heavy Duty PLC HA model.
